Forgot Username

From the Login Page click the Forgotten Username link under the fields for username and password.

You must enter the correct Email address from your Offer account in text box provided. Click "Submit" and you will be prompted to answer your security question to obtain your username.

You must answer the security question in order to obtain your username.

You will receive a confirmation message stating that your username has been emailed to you.  If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes you will need to contact the SPR Crude Oil Sales Office at Sales@spr.doe.gov.
